Say I want to write a formula for cell A1 as ' =$B$1+$C$1'. What I would normally do is - I select A1, key in '=', then Click on B1, key in '+', click on C1 and then hit return. This gives me formula '=B1+C1'. I then edit it ( insert '$' ) to read '=$B$1+$C$1'. Is there any short cut ( such as pressing CTRL key simultaneously or something ) so that when I click on C1, formula directly writes $C$1 instead of C1?
Similarly if I want $B1 or B$1 can I do it directly? I am looking for some keyboard short cuts so that I don't have to edit the formulas to insert '$'.
